have a 2003 ford F-250 purchased in Nov. 2003 found that the undercarriage and the entire truck is rusting from front to back. The truck had been rust proofed and seems the coating of all the parts that were paint sealed at factory is peeling off or has rusted up. The exhaust system is rusted to a point the manifold is all most gone. The rocker arms the frame is rusting and it seems its rusting from the inside out, pushing the factory coating off. Can you help me is resolving and what is the proper steps.
