Hi there

there are two ways to get it,,,one way is to go to the dealer and they will use there computer on the car and get the five digit number for you , usaly they do it for free is you go in for a oil change or something...the other way is that the number is printed on the moduale in the truck---if you were sitting in the seat right behind the r/f seat ,,,bang you right elbow on the panle next you ,,,thats where the moduale is,,,,its about 20 inches below thats seats ,seatbelt anchor bolt ----you can pull away the weatherstrip on the r/r door and just pull the panel out a bit ,,and with a flash light you will see a moduale that has three connectors going to it,,,thats it,,,printed on this is the number ---you may have to use a mirror and a flash light ---anymore info -just ask -we can go back and fourth on this page
